PREPARATION:- Bring to boil in large pot 2 quarts water, add potato slices, onions, peas, tomatoes and green beans. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add Beef Base, Beef. In a small bowl, mix tomato powder with 1/2 cup water until smooth, then mix into pot with the rest of the ingredients Continue simmering until all the flavors have married and everything is tender and stew has begun to thicken. Remove bay leaves before serving.
